Roadside hotel will be built near Ufa for 221 million rubles
A roadside hotel will be built on the Orenburg highway near the village of Zubovo. The Government of Bashkortostan signed an agreement on investment protection with the TriA Development company, under which the authorities can provide simplified state support.
The investor invested 221 million rubles in the project, which created 27 jobs. In 2022, at the "Investment Hour," the company was approved for inclusion in the List of Priorities. These measures will allow the company to receive reimbursement for part of the costs of building utility networks and access roads to the hotel, tax breaks, and providing a land plot for lease without bidding.
The agreement on protecting and promoting investments was introduced into work with investors on behalf of the Head of the region in 2023. The Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan recalled combining all previously concluded agreements on state support measures.
