Bashkiria to find thousand hectares for housing construction
The Ministry of Land and Property and Rosreestr intends to find at least 1,000 hectares for the "Land for Construction" project in 2025. This service, launched in 2020, helps citizens and companies find suitable plots to construct a private or apartment building or a cottage village. Thanks to this service, 451 plots covering an area of 123 hectares have been rented to citizens and companies.
The volume of construction resources is planned to be 5,000 hectares by the end of 2025.
Since 2022, the "Land for Tourism" project has been operating; 24 plots with a total area of more than 650 hectares have been identified for tourist facilities, and four plots with an area of 4.6 hectares have been leased.
