Capital investments have almost doubled since 2021 in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, investment in the republic's economy has nearly doubled in four years. Since 2021, it has increased from 338 billion rubles to 643 billion rubles.

At a meeting with municipal heads, Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov noted that, based on the past five years' results, the volume of capital investments in the republic's economy significantly exceeded the all-Russian and regional indicators.

“The previous five-year plan set a fairly high growth rate for this indicator. Investment in the republic increased by one and a half times. At the same time, in Russia and the Volga region as a whole, investments increased by less than a third. Based on the results of the first nine months of last year, the increase was almost a quarter. Overall, this is an excellent result,” said Andrey Nazarov.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan—Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov summarized the interim results of municipal administrations' work to ensure growth in investment volumes.

"If we talk about growth rates, the republic entered the top twenty most dynamically developing subjects of the Russian Federation. We have risen three times in the rating of subjects of Russia by growth rate. Investments increased by 24.7%, adding more than 137 billion rubles to last year's result. Private investments account for more than 369 billion rubles, which have grown by 14.5% over 9 months," said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan — Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic Rustam Muratov.

Rustam Muratov positively assessed the dynamics of private investments in 30 municipalities. The Sterlibashevsky, Fyodorovsky, Belokataysky, Burzyansky, Ilishevsky, Davlekanovsky, and Zilairsky districts have grown more than twice.
