In 2025, Bashkiria plans to carry out 653 types of overhaul in 600 apartment buildings, totaling over 5 billion rubles. The Overhaul Fund of the Republic of Bashkiria reported this to Bashinform News Agency.
According to the plan, roof repairs will be done in 222 apartment buildings, facade repairs in 47 buildings, water supply systems in 30 buildings, heat supply in 14 buildings, and sewerage in 30 buildings. The electricity supply will be updated in 41 buildings, and the gas supply system in 17 buildings. Insulation of attic floors is planned in 21 residential buildings. Also, 620 elevators in 231 buildings will be replaced. The Capital Repairs Fund noted that the short-term plan for 2025 was drawn up without considering co-financing from the republic's budget and municipalities. For example, in 2024, 675 million rubles were allocated for the repair of roofs of low-rise apartment buildings, including 451 million from the regional treasury. Significant budget funds are allocated for the elevator replacement program. The Overhaul Fund is tasked with replacing all elevators with an expired service life. In 2024-2025, it is planned to replace 1,053 elevators in 410 buildings.
All these works will improve the living conditions of over 100 thousand people.
