Bashkiria allocated 120 billion rubles for healthcare development this year, 10% more than the previous year. The data was announced at the final meeting of the Bashkiria government, which Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov leads.
Over the year, it was possible to build and repair 178 medical institutions. Under the program for modernizing primary healthcare, 7 facilities are under construction, and major repairs have been completed in 9. In addition, 135 modular structures have been installed, and more than 4 thousand units of medical equipment have been delivered. The ambulance fleet has been replenished with 206 new vehicles.
"This year, we have systematically strengthened all healthcare system levels. We have actively built new medical facilities and reconstructed existing ones. We have increased the pace of equipping healthcare institutions with modern equipment and purchased ambulance vehicles," Andrey Nazarov emphasized.
As the Minister of Health, Airat Rakhmatullin, noted in his report, the number of primary healthcare buildings in disrepair in the republic has decreased almost threefold in recent years. This year, over 4,000 units of medical equipment, including 28 units of heavy equipment, were purchased for medical organizations, for a total of 666 million rubles.
"A program for modernizing medical organizations in Ufa has been launched. As part of the program, major repairs have been completed this year at Children's Polyclinic No. 5 and the Children's Department of the Republican Clinical Anti-Tuberculosis Dispensary. In 2025, 10 facilities will undergo major repairs, 22 units of equipment, furniture, and office equipment will be purchased," the minister reported and added that by 2029, it is planned to repair 118 facilities, purchase 18,297 units of equipment, furniture, and office equipment for a total of 8 billion rubles." As part of the Healthy Republic – Healthy Region campaign, medical specialists conducted almost 170 thousand appointments with residents of 332 remote settlements of the republic. In general, over the current year, more than 1 million working-age people underwent medical examinations within the Industrial Medical Examination project framework.
Under the Zemsky Doctor, Zemsky Paramedic, and Doctors for Small Medical Organizations programs, 211 medical workers received payments totaling 210 million rubles.
