More than 3 million square meters of housing built in Bashkiria in 2024

More than 2.8 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Bashkiria in the first 11 months of 2024. Today, this figure exceeds 3 million square meters, Deputy Prime Minister Rustem Gazizov said at a meeting of the republican government.

"The target indicator for housing commissioning by the end of the year will be achieved," Gazizov emphasized.

As noted at the government meeting, Bashkiria consistently ranks among the top ten regions in the country in terms of housing commissioning. It is eighth in Russia and second in the Volga Federal District.

Recall that last year, Bashkiria completed the regional program for resettling citizens from dilapidated housing ahead of schedule.

"In June of this year, a new targeted program was adopted, designed for 2024-2030. It provides for the resettlement of 227 thousand square meters of emergency housing in 565 apartment buildings,” clarified the Prime Minister of the regional government, Andrey Nazarov.

At the same time, significant repairs to apartment buildings continued in the republic. This year, 719 such buildings were repaired, 428 elevators were replaced, and 119 entrances in 39 apartment buildings were comprehensively repaired, added Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Rustem Gazizov.
