Housing construction project has been approved in Ufa

The city administration reported that a planning and land survey project has been approved in Ufa for the territory bounded by the Zatonskoye and Alekseyevskoye Highways, Prirodnaya Street, and the border of urban forests in the Leninsky District.

Residential development will continue on an area of 126 hectares. To ensure the territory's sustainable development, a street and road network has been formed with 8 residential blocks, sufficient social and engineering infrastructure facilities, and parking spaces.

The total housing stock in the design area will exceed 1 million square meters, and the projected population will be more than 33,000 people.

Considering the prospective residential development, the project provides for constructing three comprehensive schools capable of accepting 5,970 students, which exceeds the estimated need. Six kindergartens for 2,260 children will represent preschool educational institutions.
