Ufa plans to change land use and development rules

The Ufa City Council's press service reported that joint meetings of the standing committees were held on December 18 and 19. Deputies reviewed draft resolutions submitted to the 46th meeting.

The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes amendments to the regulation on municipal housing control in Ufa, rules on land use and development, rules on the placement and operation of outdoor advertising, the draft budget of Ufa for the next three years, the introduction of a temporary restriction on the movement of vehicles on public roads of local importance in the spring of 2025, the assignment of the title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Ufa," and other issues.

During the standing committee meetings, deputies discussed amending the regulation on the procedure for paying compensation to families with children aged 1.5 to 3 who do not attend preschool educational institutions at the expense of the city budget. The proposed changes concern clarifying the start dates for compensation payments and reducing recipients' rights to receive compensation.

In addition, issues regarding amendments to the regulations on the procedure for holding a competition to fill the municipal service position of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Ufa and the approval of the rules on the procedure for holding a competition to fill the head of the urban district's administration were considered.

The agenda issues will be considered at the council's December 25, 2024 meeting.
