The Oktyabrskhimmash enterprise and the government of Bashkiria have signed an agreement to protect and promote investments. The company will produce cold-formed seamless small-diameter pipes in Oktyabrsky. They will be supplied to enterprises in the oil and gas sector, including as part of import substitution. The investor intends to invest 311 million rubles in the new production and create 30 new jobs at the enterprise. The project received support following consideration at the “Investment Hour” session, the press service of the government of Bashkiria reports.
The new production is expected to launch in 2025 and reach full capacity in 2027. A preferential loan to the investor, which would reduce the implementation period of the investment project, is being considered.
The program to protect and promote investments was introduced in the republic in 2023 at the initiative of the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov. It minimizes bureaucratic procedures in project implementation and creates attractive conditions for investors.
