The federal budget's financial assistance to Bashkortostan in 2025 will amount to 81.5 billion rubles, 12.6 billion rubles more than planned. The revised figure is reflected in the new bill "On the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2025 and for the planning period of 2026 and 2027," the press service of the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported.
The deputies plan to consider the draft of the new three-year budget in the final reading at the plenary session of parliament on December 19. As stated by the Chairman of the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev, the Head of the Republic has introduced amendments to the bill to clarify certain income and expenditure items. They are concerned with gratuitous receipts from the federal budget and the republic's income. "The volume of gratuitous receipts has been revised with an increase of 12.6 billion rubles, own revenues - by 1.2 billion rubles. Additional allocations - and 13.8 billion rubles - are distributed among individual expense items. They will attend events related to education, healthcare, housing, utilities, the organization of passenger transportation, etc. The deficit remains at the same level - 4 billion rubles," said Konstantin Tolkachev.
The parliament speaker explained that excise taxes on petroleum products would increase the volume of own revenues by 2 billion rubles. At the same time, the forecast for the receipt of fines for violating traffic rules has been revised with a decrease of 0.8 billion rubles.
Thus, after all the clarifications, the main parameters of the budget for 2025 are determined: revenues—337.5 billion rubles (+13.8 billion rubles), expenses—341.5 billion rubles (+13.8 billion rubles), and deficit—4 billion rubles. Changes have also been made to the budget parameters for the planning periods of 2026 and 2027.
