Head of Bashkortostan thanked region's farmers for their heroic work

The Head of Bashkortostan believes that the republic is strengthening its position as one of the leading agricultural regions year after year. In difficult weather conditions, agricultural workers harvest rich crops. They are setting records, like this year—2.6 million tons of sugar beets and more than 700,000 tons of oilseeds. During the announcement of the annual Address to the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov thanked the region's farmers—real labor heroes!

"The same can be said about animal husbandry. Bashkortostan is a leader in milk production and cattle numbers. We have enormous potential for the development of poultry farming. We have developed a program until 2027. We will support this area. The Republic is actively promoting the technological modernization of the agro-industrial complex. Thanks to government support this year alone, our farmers purchased about 2.4 thousand units of equipment worth almost 11 billion rubles. We are successfully working with investors. Five major projects have been implemented this year, and two more will be completed next year,” said Radiy Khabirov.
