Aerated concrete blocks production worth 2 billion rubles will be opened in Bashkiria's special economic zone

The press service of the government of Bashkiria reported that the new resident of the Alga special economic zone, the company "Construction Materials Plant. Ufa," will invest 2 billion rubles in the creation of a production facility for aerated concrete blocks. The plant will create 123 new jobs.

Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia included this enterprise in the register of residents of the SEZ. The inclusion of the construction materials plant among the residents of the Alga SEZ became possible after the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov reviewed the project and approved it for implementation on the territory of the preferential zone.

The new resident intends to build a modern production facility for aerated concrete products on the Alga SEZ's territory, with a capacity of up to 450 thousand cubic meters per year. The plant's launch is scheduled for 2026. According to experts, the finished products of this plant will be in demand in the manufacturing industry.

The company "Construction Materials Plant. Ufa" has become the 23rd resident of the special economic zone in Bashkiria. The enterprise is part of the "Partner" group of companies, which also includes the paving slab plant "Porevit. Ufa", which received the status of a resident of the SEZ "Alga" in April 2024.
