Russia's national projects have been implemented by 83% overall

As of December 1, 83% of national project funds were utilized, which is 2.755 trillion rubles in monetary terms.

According to the Russian Ministry of Finance, the best implementation rates are for the national projects "Culture" (92%), "Demography" and "Healthcare" (90%).

The lowest utilization rates are for "Unmanned Aerial Systems" and the Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of Main Infrastructure (51%).

In total, 14 national projects are being implemented in the country, and almost all of them will be completed this year.

The government recently announced the launch of 20 new priority national projects from January 2025. These projects will continue developing the most important areas of economic and social development. By the end of 2030, over 40 trillion rubles will be allocated for their implementation, and 13 trillion rubles will be attracted from extra-budgetary sources.

These are the following national projects: "Family," "Long and Active Life," "Youth and Children" (including the educational program "Priority-2030"), "Infrastructure for Life," "Environmental Well-Being," "Efficient and Competitive Economy," "Tourism and Hospitality," "Efficient Transport System," "Means of Production and Automation," "New Materials and Chemistry," "Industrial Support for Transport Mobility," "New Health-Saving Technologies," "New Nuclear and Energy Technologies," "Development of a Multi-Satellite Orbital Group," "Unmanned Aircraft Systems," "Personnel," "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State," national projects for the development of the agro-industrial complex, for supporting Russian exporters, and for the bioeconomy.
