Bashkir companies export products to 75 countries

The head of the Russian Export Center, Veronika Nikishina, noted Bashkiria's foreign trade activity. The CEO of the REC participated in Business Week and met with the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, to discuss exporters' interaction with the center and the expansion of Bashkir exports.

Veronika Nikishina noted that based on the results of 10 months of 2024, the republic occupies a leading position in the Rating of the effectiveness of implementing the Regional Export Standard 2.0.

“Bashkortostan is one of the most active export regions. Local companies cooperate with partners from 75 countries. The keys to the development of international cooperation are not only in Moscow but throughout Russia, in the hands of the subjects' leadership. The region's active position in promoting exporters and close cooperation with the federal center are necessary steps for effective assistance to companies and achieving national goals. The work of the republic's government is a vivid example of this,” the head of the REC said.

Radiy Khabirov emphasized that successful export development requires active foreign economic activity, overcoming many difficulties, and close cooperation with key partners, such as the Russian Export Center.

“We understand that there will be no success if you do not engage in foreign economic activity. Goods must be promoted not only within the region but also within the country. We must also go abroad. Our task for 2025 is to develop this area and look for new partners,” the head of the republic noted.
