There is high interest in the occupations of picker and packer. They account for 4.7% and 4.1% of responses, respectively. Thus, a selector is offered an average of 77,384 rubles per month, and a packer—85,896 rubles.
"The relatively low entry threshold explains high interest in mass specialties, the ability to start work quickly, and the competitive wages employers offer new employees," analysts explained.
In addition, many employers are developing on-site training programs. This makes the professions more attractive to newcomers.
