In Bashkiria, facades of 21 apartment buildings were repaired
This year, under the republican capital repair program, the facades of 21 apartment buildings were repaired, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Bashkiria reports.
Capital repairs of facades improve buildings' thermal insulation. Old materials lose their properties over time, leading to heat loss and increased heating costs. Updating facades with modern materials helps reduce energy costs and create more comfortable conditions for residents.
Facade repairs include work to eliminate structural defects, such as strengthening walls. These measures help prevent possible emergencies and ensure the safety of residents.
