66 thousand people vacationed in Bashkiria sanatoriums over summer
The 2024 summer season was a real breakthrough for Russian sanatoriums. Demand for vouchers reached record levels, and the number of guests and gross income of sanatoriums also reached their maximum.
At the moment, Bashkiria is among the Top 10 regions of Russia and ranks first in the Volga Federal District in terms of spa and resort recreation popularity.
In June – August 2024, 65.7 thousand people vacationed in Bashkiria sanatoriums. The average cost of a voucher to a sanatorium in the region was 37.6 thousand rubles. The gross income of Bashkiria sanatoriums for the summer was 2.477 billion rubles.
