In Bashkiria, 900 land plots were leased this year due to auctions. According to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkiria, this indicates a growing interest in business.
“Creating comfortable conditions for entrepreneurs is one of the key tasks of our department. The functionality of the ministry continues to develop actively. A new section, “Property for Business,” appeared on the main page, where investors and entrepreneurs can find up-to-date information. In this section, we updated and presented an algorithm of actions for those interested in leasing a land plot through an auction and also created visual infographics. Each stage of the process is described in detail, including the deadlines,” said Natalya Polyanskaya, Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkiria.
In the first half of 2024, 114 land plots with a total area of 13.31 hectares were sold at auction, earning the budget more than 101 million rubles—three times more than in January- June 2023.
