

In Russia, average indices of changes in citizens' fees for utilities in the country's regions for 2025 and maximum permissible deviations from them for individual municipalities have been approved. According to the decree signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin for Bashkiria, the average index of increase in utility tariffs from the second half of 2025 has been set at 14.6%. The maximum deviation from this value may be at most 2.1%.
The country's housing and communal services tariffs are increased once a year on July 1. For Bashkiria, the index of increase in utility fees in the second half of 2024 was set at 10.9%. The maximum deviation from this value in 2024 is 4.9%. Considering the provision of a stable supply of utilities, the republic's authorities set the index at 13.6%. As a result, the growth of average weighted tariffs for electricity for residents of the republic from July 1, 2024, amounted to 8.9%, for gas - 11.2%, water supply, and sanitation - no more than 14%, heating - no more than 10.9%, services of regional operators in the field of solid municipal waste management no more than 10%.
