Bashkiria enterprises participate in furniture exhibition in Moscow

Five enterprises of Bashkiria represent the republic in Moscow at the 35th international exhibition "Furniture, fittings, and upholstery materials" - "Furniture-2024." The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, is currently in Moscow and participating in the Transport Week that opened the day before. He reported this on his Telegram channel.

The international exhibition "Furniture, fittings and upholstery materials" - "Furniture-2024" is held at the Expocentre.

"This is the leading platform where new products and advanced solutions in the furniture industry of Russia and Eastern Europe are presented," said Radiy Khabirov.

This year, more than 950 companies from nine countries and all regions of Russia, including Bashkiria, are participating in the exhibition. The republic is represented here by the companies "Metta" and "MEBELBAY" from Ufa, "Korona" from Tuymazinsk, "Polymer Composites" from Neftekamsk and "Alternativa" from Oktyabrsky.

"Let me remind you that we were the first in the country to create a furniture cluster. Its participants make mattresses, beds, cabinets, upholstered furniture, components, fittings, etc. The production of high-quality furniture must become another specialization for Bashkortostan. We are gaining new competencies and prospects for development," summed up Radiy Khabirov.
