Most affordable mortgage rates exceeded 28% per annum
The country's main mortgage bank increased the cost of borrowing funds for housing by 3.5%. Since November 15, the minimum mortgage rate for the purchase of housing under construction has been 28.4%, and for secondary housing, it has been 28.1% per annum.
At the end of October, the average mortgage rate on the market was 26%.
As reported on the Domclick service, you can refinance an existing mortgage loan at 28% per annum, purchase suburban real estate - at 28.1%, a garage - at 29.2%, and commercial real estate - at 30.2% per annum.
In addition, from today, the issuance of loans under the preferential programs "Family Mortgage" and "Mortgage for IT" has resumed at 6% per annum. Previously, work in this area was suspended due to the exhaustion of limits. According to the September results, the share of preferential mortgages in the country accounted for 57% of the total number of mortgage agreements and 70% by amount.
