In 2025, Bashkiria budget will allocate 11 billion rubles to support housing and communal services
In 2025, 11 billion rubles from the republican budget will be allocated to finance housing and communal services. This was announced during a meeting of the State Assembly Committee—Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkiria, which discussed the draft budget of Bashkiria for 2025 and the planning period of 2026-2027.
In 2025, 652 major repairs in 598 buildings are planned, costing approximately 5 billion rubles, including 24 million rubles allocated from the Republican budget.
Among the priority areas of major repairs are the replacement of elevators with an expired service life and roof repairs. Thus, in the next two years, it will replace 1,050 elevators. In addition, more than 2,000 buildings need urgent major roof repairs. This year, 443.2 million rubles were allocated from the Bashkiria budget for major maintenance of the roofs of 135 apartment buildings.
