In 2025, salaries will increase in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkiria reports that the forecast for Bashkiria's socio-economic development for the next three years provides an estimate of the average growth of salaries.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development, salaries in 2024 will amount to 68.7 thousand rubles, with an increase of 20.7% compared to 2023.
The dynamics of wage growth are projected to outpace inflation rates. The annual salary growth rate in 2025-2027 will be between 106.6% and 108.4%; by 2027, its size will increase to 84.9 thousand rubles.
According to the International Labor Organization's methodology, this year's unemployment rate is estimated at 2.1% of the working-age population.
By 2027, unemployment is projected to decrease to 1.8%.
