Real estate owners can buy land in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Land and Property of Bashkiria recalled that commercial and industrial real estate owners can buy out the land on which the premises are located at a preferential price until December 31, 2024.

According to the current preference, owners can purchase the land under their real estate for 25% of its full value.

The situation will change from the new year: from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the buyout price will be 50% of the cadastral value when filing the application, and from January 1 to December 31, 2026 - 75%.

From January 1, 2027, the buyout will be possible only at the full cadastral value unless otherwise established by federal law.

According to the rules, before buying out the land, the owner of the premises must rent the plot.

In addition, the republic has a preferential procedure for determining the price of land plots under industrial and commercial buildings.

"It is also important to note that the owner has the right to purchase only such a plot within which the building can be placed. That is, the acquired plot must correspond to the size of the occupied building," the ministry commented.
