Budget support for capital house repairs to change in Bashkiria

The resolution of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan amended the list of works on capital repairs of common property in an apartment building financed by state support funds provided by the republic's budget.

As reported to the Bashinform news agency by the Ministry of Housing and Community Amenities of the Republic of Bashkortostan, according to the adopted resolution, additional types of works that are not included in the number of mandatory ones according to the Housing Code, the implementation of which is financed by the capital repairs fund, formed from minimum contributions, have been excluded from the list mentioned above.

The accepted exceptions include reconstructing the roof, including rebuilding a non-ventilated roof to a ventilated one, constructing an attic and roof exits, installing standard house control units, metering, and regulating heat consumption. The installation of individual heating points, the replacement of heating elements of the heating system (in the absence of shut-off devices on the branches from the risers), and the insulation of the attic floor are also excluded. Actions regarding the insulation of the facade have been suspended until January 1, 2026.

It is reported that the implementation of the resolution does not require additional costs from the republic's budget.
