Bashkiria farmers received preferential loans for 12.4 billion rubles
This year, Bashkiria's agricultural enterprises received 380 preferential short-term loans for 12.4 billion rubles.
"Preferential loans are traditionally the main source of funds for fieldwork. These funds purchase seeds, fuel, and plant protection products. As a result, a good harvest is obtained," commented Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkiria Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
In 2024, 18.6 billion rubles were allocated to compensate banks for preferential loans to the agricultural sector. Of these, Bashkiria received 516 million rubles.
The other day, the government allocated another 30 billion rubles to the regions.
This will allow financing at least 50 thousand loans already received by farmers.
The preferential lending program involves an agricultural enterprise receiving a loan for up to 1 year at a rate of 8.3 to 12.5%, and subsidies for its compensation from the state are sent directly to banks.
