Bashkiria to expand famous recreation center

An investment project to create new glamping on the recreation center "Blagoland" territory is being implemented in the Blagoveshchensk district of Bashkiria. The company will be allocated a plot of 41,280 sq. m in Blagoveshchensk to implement the large-scale project.

Earlier, Bashinform reported that the investor, the company "BlagoGlamp," presented its project at the Republican "Investment Hour" in July of this year. It is planned to invest 160 million rubles in its implementation. The expanded territory of the recreation center is intended to place rental points for tourist equipment and football and basketball courts. This will allow the company to extend the range of guest services. The investor, a resident of the priority development area "Blagoveshchensk," has previously built 22 safari tents and 14 all-season modular houses. The company has several similar glamping in other regions of Russia. In the future, they will be united by a familiar franchise under the brand "Blagoland." Earlier, "Bashinform" reported that during the summer tourist season, 900 thousand people visited Bashkiria. This year, the volume of paid services in the tourism sector reached 13.7 billion rubles, and from May to August, it amounted to 8.7 billion rubles.
