Housing prices announced in Bashkiria
In Bashkiria, the average cost of one square meter on the primary housing market in the third quarter of 2024 reached, according to preliminary data, 135.8 thousand rubles. On the secondary market, it was 104 thousand rubles per square meter. The republic's statisticians reported this based on data from a sample survey of actual transaction prices.
Compared to the fourth quarter of 2023, the cost of housing on the primary market in the republic increased by 10.54 percent and on the secondary market by 7.43 percent.
As Bashinform previously reported, Bashkiria entered the top 5 leading regions regarding individual housing construction. Over the past five years, this segment of the republic's housing construction accounted for 8.6 million out of 14 million square meters of housing commissioned.
