Modular hotel will be built near Shulgan-Tash Museum in Bashkiria
The press service of the Bashkiria government reports that a project to build a modular hotel near the Shulgan-Tash Historical and Cultural Museum complex in the Burzyansky district has been included in the list of priority investment projects in Bashkiria. The investor company intends to invest about 80 million rubles in the project.
Including the project in the list of priorities allows the investor to claim several tax benefits and lease a land plot without holding an auction. The investor intends to build a modular hotel with 20 rooms and an administrative block, which is expected to be completed in 2026.
Earlier, Bashinform reported that Bashkiria is the leader in the Volga Federal District regarding the area of land identified for organizing tourism.
