The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Bashkiria provided Agrarnye Traditsii LLC with a land plot of 211.3 hectares for growing grain and oilseed crops. The business plan involves circulating agricultural land and introducing intensive crop-growing technologies in sown areas. The planned cost of the project is 9.6 million rubles, and its implementation is scheduled from 2024 to 2038. The press service of the government of Bashkiria reported this.
According to the acting Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkiria Natalia Polyanskaya, one of the main strategic goals of the enterprise within the framework of the project for the next five years is the formation of a modern crop production complex. As part of the project, the investor plans to attract students and young specialists for annual practice with subsequent employment of the most successful of them.
Considering the project's social and economic significance, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations provides a land plot on preferential terms without holding an auction. The Russian government approved this measure of support for businesses and the population in 2022 to mitigate the economic consequences of restrictive measures. The main crops that will be grown within the framework of the project are winter and spring wheat, barley, and sunflower. Earlier, Bashinform reported how state support for investors in the republic helps them implement projects and positively affects the economy of Bashkiria.
