Entrepreneurs of Bashkortostan received state support of 2.5 billion rubles in 2024

In Bashkortostan, small and medium-sized businesses received 2.5 billion rubles in support for the first nine months of 2024, the acting Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov, reported.

More than 138 thousand SMEs are developing their business in the Republic, and their number is steadily increasing. The growth for the year amounted to 4.6%, which exceeds the indicators for Russia and the Volga Federal District.

In addition, the number of self-employed citizens increased by 46%, almost 231 thousand people. In total, about 580 thousand people are employed in small and medium-sized businesses, according to the Government of Bashkortostan press service.

"Thanks to effective support measures from the Republic, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises is growing. I have already said that there are offices of the My Business Center in 13 cities and districts, the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, holds an Investment Hour every week, and business sheriffs work in each municipality of the Republic to assist in the ground, Andrey Nazarov shared on social networks. We are on the way to developing new mechanisms for interaction with small and medium-sized businesses, thanks to which Bashkortostan will become even more attractive to our potential investors."
