Bashkiria entered Top 3 regions in terms of real estate transactions volume

Over the first nine months of this year, 890 thousand real estate transactions and rights to real estate, including terminations and restrictions of rights, were registered in Bashkiria. Regarding the volume of real estate transactions, the region took third place after Moscow and the Moscow region. According to the results of the first half of 2024, the republic occupied fourth position in this rating. This was reported by the head of the Rosreestr Department for Bashkiria, Petr Klets, during today's press conference.

Petr Klets drew attention to the reduction in the terms of services provided by the department. Thus, thanks to digitalization in Bashkiria, according to the results of 9 months, the average term of cadastral registration and registration does not exceed one and a half days. Electronic mortgages and equity participation agreements are registered within 24 hours. Issuing information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate in electronic format takes several minutes, and the owner can receive a free express extract on the State Services portal in seconds. Rosreestr promptly requests all necessary documents during the examination through interdepartmental channels.
