Bashkiria Discusses Personnel Issues in AIC

A round table on personnel provision was held in Bashkiria with representatives of the Russian and republican agriculture, agricultural science, and business ministries.

Vitaly Platonov, Director of the Department for Rural Development of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, noted that affordable and comfortable housing is a key measure for attracting and retaining specialists in rural areas. In this regard, the department is initiating a program to provide rental housing for young specialists in the agro-industrial complex.

He reported that the construction of small apartments and houses will no longer be subsidized. Now, state support applies to housing up to 70 square meters, and the contribution from off-budget funds will be at least 30%.

The development of so-called support settlements was discussed, where infrastructure will be comprehensively developed: schools, kindergartens, roads, and medical institutions.

Acting Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov noted that the region is actively participating in the housing areas of the program "Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories." Over five years, the volume of rural mortgages issued in the republic has exceeded 30 billion rubles.

As reported by Bashinform, according to data from the beginning of this year, the state program KRST's volume in Bashkiria amounted to 7.6 billion rubles over the four years.
