Bashkiria's budget for 2025 is drawn up with 4 billion rubles deficit

According to the draft law of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the republican budget revenues in 2025 are projected to be 323.68 billion rubles. Expenditures are expected to be only 4 billion more. The republic's public debt by the end of the planning year should not exceed 74.1 billion rubles.

Revenue is expected to rise to 317.08 billion rubles in the 2026 budget and to reach 334.255 billion rubles in 2027.

However, it's important to note that expenses are also set to rise. In 2026, expenses are conditionally approved at 8 billion rubles, which is expected to more than double in 2027, reaching 17 billion rubles.

Recall that the republic's budget revenues this year were planned to be around 291 billion rubles, and expenses — more than 301 billion rubles.

In October, the Ministry of Finance announced an adjustment - due to the growth of revenues from personal income tax, many other taxes, and certain non-tax revenues, the volume of revenues to the treasury is 304.4 billion rubles, and the amount of expenses is 319.8 billion rubles. The budget deficit at the moment is 15.4 billion rubles.
