In Bashkiria, family's income must be 80 thousand rubles to service mortgage
In Bashkiria, a family can quickly pay a mortgage if the income of its members is 79.6 thousand rubles, according to the National Bureau of Credit Histories as of August 1.
This amount has decreased by 9.2% compared to the January 1 - 87.7 thousand rubles.
The recommended family income indicator records the maximum ratio of monthly mortgage payments of a family (household) to monthly cash receipts. It is calculated based on an economically sound statement that it is relatively comfortable for the borrower to pay the mortgage if the monthly payment does not exceed 1/3 of the family's income.
According to OKB data for August, on average, residents of Bashkiria borrowed 3.5 million rubles to buy housing. The average term of a mortgage loan was 23 years, and for a preferential mortgage, it was 27.5 years.
