Clear Sky program is underway in Ufa historical center

Ufagorsvet, a key player in Ufa's urban development, is executing a large-scale modernization of outdoor lighting networks as part of the Clear Sky program in the historical center of Ufa. The final stages of this impressive work are currently underway on several major streets, including Pushkin, Chernyshevskogo, Novomostovaya, Tsyurupa, Lenina, Kommunisticheskaya, Karl Marx, and Sverdlova streets.

Specialists from the traffic light operation section are moving overhead traffic light cable lines underground and dismantling and installing traffic lights on new Nurtau stands. At the intersection of Gogolya and Kommunisticheskaya streets alone, 17 traffic lights were moved (8 for pedestrians and 9 for transport). The work is actively ongoing.

As a reminder, the Clear Sky program aims to move overhead lines underground, improving the appearance of city streets and increasing the safety of utility operations. Outdoor lighting cables and wires of mobile operators, Internet providers, and other utilities will be removed into underground channels. These cables are placed in special pipes connected to cable wells, simplifying future repairs and connecting new lines. It was reported that the "Clear Sky" program was implemented for the first time in Ufa on Mustai Karim Street.
