Bashkortostan budget allocated 819 million rubles in subsidies for house repairs
The short-term plan for 2024 provides for the execution of 845 types of work in 776 houses for 5.6 billion rubles.
From the budget of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the current year, state support was provided at the expense of budget funds for 819 million rubles.
Subsidies allocated for repairing the roofs of apartment buildings have been increased to 451 million rubles, making it possible to repair the roofs of 136 houses in almost all municipalities of the republic. The remaining budget funds of 272 million rubles are used to replace elevators that have reached the end of their standard service life.
The level of contribution collection is one of the most important factors in ensuring the successful and timely implementation of the capital repairs program.
According to the results of 2023, the collection rate reached 103%. For eight months of the current year, the collection rate is 101.4%. With defaulters on contributions, the Regional Operator's lawyers are actively conducting legal claims work. In 2024, more than 14,000 applications were filed with the courts for a total amount of about 136.5 million rubles.
