Harvest work continues in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Preferential lending remains the primary source of funds for its implementation. In 2024, farmers in the region were issued more than 10.3 billion rubles in preferential short-term loans for fieldwork.
“Since the beginning of the year, 505.5 million rubles in subsidies have been allocated from the federal budget to implement the mechanism of preferential short-term lending in the republic. During this period, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia approved 363 applications for preferential short-term loans for a total of 11.8 billion rubles from farmers in the Republic of Bashkortostan,” says Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the total volume of loans issued by key banks for seasonal field work for 8 months of 2024 amounted to about 873 billion rubles. This is 16% higher than the figure for the same period last year.
In particular, Rosselkhozbank increased the volume of loans for these purposes by 14% to 585 billion rubles and Sberbank - by 20% to 288 billion rubles.
Since the beginning of 2024, 37 applications for preferential investment lending totaling 1.65 billion rubles have been approved for agricultural producers in Bashkortostan.
