Ufa plans to change land rent
Joint meetings of standing committees were held in the Ufa City Council. Deputies reviewed draft resolutions submitted by the city administration, which were submitted to the 44th meeting of the Council.
Deputy head of the city administration, Evgeny Chebakov, reported on the draft amendments to the Council resolution "On land rent in the urban district of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan."
The report noted that the changes are due to the need to index land rent rates, which have not been carried out for more than 6 years. The changes will affect rental rates for lands in municipal ownership and lands for which state ownership is not delimited.
"The issue is quite delicate - the interests of the business community are in the balance, but we must understand that this is a component of the city budget, and it directly affects the decisions that we are making now," said Deputy Chairman of the Ufa City Council Artur Shainurov, supporting the submission of the issue to the next meeting of the Council.
Earlier in Ufa, the procedure for calculating land rent was changed.
