Eastern Exit territories developer will be selected at auction in Ufa
The Ufa administration adopted a resolution to hold an auction for the right to conclude a contract for the integrated development of the territory north of the village of Elkibaevo.
This is the territory between the existing settlement and the Eastern Exit. The road construction aimed to develop this territory.
According to the document, 1.7 million square meters of housing will be built in the new microdistrict, and the plan provides for a full range of infrastructure.
The minimum investment in the territory's development will be 207 billion rubles. The investor must have at least 1.7 billion rubles at his disposal to construct at least 15,000 square meters of housing during the year for provision to citizens under republican and municipal programs.
