Andrey Nazarov spoke about Public Assistants Institute

The business support and protection system built in the municipalities of Bashkortostan has radically changed the business climate and entrepreneurial activity at the local level. A critical component of this system is the public assistants of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, who operate in every city and district of the republic.

"Currently, there are 70 public assistants in the municipalities. This is a strong team of professionals whose task is to help entrepreneurs, promptly respond to their requests and complaints, and feel the situation regarding the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of small and medium-sized businesses at the local level," Prime Minister of the Government Andrey Nazarov shared on his Telegram channel.

Since the beginning of 2024, they have organized 378 receptions for entrepreneurs and considered about 900 questions. Businessmen most often contact them on issues of taxation, land and property relations, and difficulties in obtaining financial support.

"It is important that public assistants are part of municipal commissions for financial support to entrepreneurs, public councils at the city and district prosecutor's offices, and participate in "Entrepreneurial Hours." I recommend that local businesses actively cooperate with public assistants of the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights," noted Andrey Nazarov.
