46 state property objects were leased in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Land and Property of Bashkiria concluded 37 lease agreements for state property based on auction results in the first eight months of 2024. The ministry's press service provides such data.

The largest number of premises were leased in Ufa—14. Birsk follows with four objects, followed by Neftekamsk and Salavat, where three premises were leased.

Since the beginning of this year, 46 objects have been leased. Most of them are intended for free use and administrative activities. As of August 31, the total receipts under these lease agreements exceeded 1.1 million rubles.

"The official website of our ministry contains accessible step-by-step instructions, which are regularly updated for the convenience of all interested parties. Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the Unified Register of SMEs of the Russian Federation's Tax Service and self-employed citizens can participate in the auction to lease state property. The procedure is simple and transparent since we strive for the most efficient use of state property,” noted the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan Natalia Polyanskaya.
