

Winter sowing continues in Bashkiria. Farmers have sown 80.5 thousand hectares of fields for next year's harvest, or 21% of the plan. Enterprises in 40 districts are sowing rye, wheat, and camelina.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkiria, the largest areas of winter crops were sown in the Davlekanovsky district—10.6 thousand hectares, more than half of the plan's area.
6.8 thousand hectares were sown in the Sterlitamaksky district, and more than 6 thousand hectares in the Alsheevsky district.
