New territory will be included in Ufa
The Ufa authorities plan to include the settlement of Keramika, with an area of 5.2 hectares, located near the northern border of the republic's capital in the territory of the Blagoveshchensky district, to the city. This decision was published on the city council website.
The city administration must prepare the documents necessary to submit a legislative initiative to change the municipality's boundaries to the State Assembly—Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan — by September 6, 2024.
The city budget will finance the activities related to changing the boundaries of Ufa.
The settlement of Keramika was built in 1955 for employees of the Ufa Motor-Building Plant. It belongs to the Tugaevsky village council of the Blagoveshchensky district and has no administrative-territorial status. This is why the initiative to include this settlement in Ufa was taken.
