Music school and car parks will be built in Sipaylovo microdistrict in Ufa

The head of the Ufa administration approved the land surveying project for the Sipaylovo-2 microdistrict, bounded by the streets of Yuri Gagarin, Akademika Korolev, Naberezhnaya Reki Ufa, and Maksima Rylskogo.

The quarter's territory is almost entirely formed and consists of multi-storey, multi-apartment panel residential buildings, educational institutions, administrative facilities, and engineering structures. In the central part of the quarter is a park "Birds" with a walking area, playgrounds, and a stage for holding mass entertainment events.

The housing stock in the planned quarter is represented by multi-storey residential buildings mainly built in 1991-1992. The total area of the existing housing stock is 300 thousand square meters, with a population of 15,453 people. The total area of the existing public buildings and non-residential facilities is 38 thousand square meters.
