

According to the United Credit Bureau, lending volumes in July in Bashkiria decreased by 5% compared to June—the number of loans decreased by 2%, and the average amount decreased by 3%.
If in June, residents of the republic took out 89.58 thousand cash loans for 16.64 billion rubles for an average term of 2 years and 9 months, then in July — 87.96 thousand loans for 15.86 billion rubles (the average term did not change).
Across the country, the full cost of a cash loan (the amount the borrower must pay the bank under the terms of the agreement) in July was 27.10%. The bureau notes that this is the maximum value since the beginning of the year. In June, the figure was 26.96%. At the beginning of August, the full cost of a cash loan was recorded at 28.79%.
A similar decrease (within 3%) was also recorded for consumer loans.
