Ufa is moving away from spot development, stated the mayor of the Bashkir capital, Ratmir Mavliev.

As he emphasized at an operational meeting in the mayor's office, builders are now making comprehensive decisions that allow them to solve problems on a block-by-block basis, solve emergency housing problems, and create conditions for comfortable living.

"We must always look broader, move away from comprehensive development," said Ramtir Mavliev.
