Ufa is preparing amendments to General Plan for city's development until 2042

Ufa has adopted a resolution on preparing proposals for amendments to the city's General Plan for development until 2042.

According to the document, amendments to the General Plan will be adopted to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, including owners of land plots and capital construction projects, attract investment, create favorable living conditions, and improve the population's quality of life.

All interested citizens and legal entities can submit proposals to the city authorities within the established time frame for adjusting the general plan.

The current General Plan of Ufa was adopted in March 2022. The previous urban development document was developed in 1995, and the last amendments were made in 2006. The document needed to be updated due to changes in the demographic situation, the approval of the Strategy for the Socioeconomic Development of Ufa until 2030, and changes in legislation on technical regulation, including the development of utility lines.

The General Plan of Ufa contains provisions on territorial planning, a map of the planned placement of local facilities, the settlement boundaries, functional zones, and transport infrastructure facilities.
