State support for small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkortostan will amount to 1 billion rubles in 2024

Tatyana Aksyutina

Zukhra Gordienko, Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of the Republic reported at an operational government meeting that state support for small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkortostan will amount to 1 billion rubles this year.

More than 445 million rubles are allocated to the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship." Grants will be provided from these funds to social entrepreneurs, and this year, grants will be sent to entrepreneurs whose activities are related to supporting people with disabilities.

578 social entrepreneurs work in Bashkortostan; the republic is in 2nd place in Russia after the Moscow Region.

More than 180 million rubles have been allocated this year to support municipal entrepreneurship development programs, including 100 million rubles from the republic's budget. Zukhra Gordienko emphasized that state support is primarily aimed at supporting investment projects.

The head of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship pointed out that the positive dynamics of business development indicators were achieved, among other things, thanks to the practical work of regional institutions.

In the year's first half, they provided financial support to 287 entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals, totaling over 1.6 billion rubles.

For example, entrepreneur Zulfiya Gazizova was provided with a guarantee of 18.5 million rubles, and she could take out a loan of 37 million rubles to develop her enterprise - a sewing factory (manufactured in Ufa and Tolbazy). The borrowed funds were used to purchase a building in the village of Zubovo, where a new workshop with new jobs will be located.

The company "Ovoshchevod" received a 20 million ruble loan with a 10 million ruble guarantee. The loan will be used to modernize and build new greenhouse complexes in the Tuymazinsky district.

Under the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund for 22.5 million rubles, the Rial company attracted a loan of 45 million rubles for its investment project to build a tourist center in the Nurimanovsky district.

According to the canons of Islam, Bashkir businesses began to use financial instruments such as "Ijara," a loan replacement. Three companies purchased equipment under preferential leasing. For example, two production facilities—a confectionery and sausage factory—used vans with an isothermal body to transport their products. A building material supplier purchased a Faw truck crane.

205 entrepreneurs took advantage of federal preferential lending programs for 5.4 billion rubles.
