Time required to connect companies to heating networks has been reduced in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of Bashkiria summarized the results of a business community survey: specialized developers and individual entrepreneurs who received services for connecting to heat supply networks in the first half of 2024. The department's press service reports that this is the first time such a survey has been conducted.

According to the data, the average time to connect to heat supply networks was about 109 working days. It is worth noting that according to current regulatory documents, the connection period can reach 18 months from the date of the conclusion of the service agreement. Previously, connecting to heat supply networks took at least 400 calendar days. To receive the service, you must go through an average of 7 different procedures, from applying to starting the heat in the presence of a heating network inspector. The overall satisfaction rating with the connection was 4.4 points on a 5-point scale. Reducing deadlines allows investors to save the time needed to implement projects.
